At Uncapped Ltd, Rob serves as ExCo and VP Operations, leading commercial strategy, operations, HR, and legal, and delivering lending solutions tailored for ecommerce and online business clients. His time here has provided frontline insight into the needs and challenges of ecommerce businesses. He developed strategies, operating models, and solutions that helped ecommerce founders accelerate growth through tech-led customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. At Revolut, he directed global risk and compliance for the Revolut Business product, as well as commercial governance, supporting the rapid scaling and launch of business banking services for hundreds of thousands of SME customers. Roles at HSBC and Santander expanded his depth in digital banking, regulatory transformation, and risk management, with direct responsibility for complex, multi-million dollar transformation projects.
